All elements constituting the Site and the Application (texts, graphics, software, photographs, images, videos, sounds, plans, names, logos, trademarks, various protectable creations and works, databases, etc.), as well as the Site and Application themselves, are the exclusive property of Matthias Colpaert or are used with authorization.

These elements are protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property, including in particular:

The Application allows users to publish content (recipes, comments, photos, ratings, etc.). Each user retains intellectual property rights over the content they publish, subject to the licence granted in the Terms of Service.

The publisher disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect consequences that may result from the use of the nutritional information provided by the Services.

10.2. Artificial Intelligence Analysis

Meal analyses performed by artificial intelligence (food scan) are automated estimates that may contain errors. The publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI analysis results.

10.3. Service Availability

The publisher endeavours to ensure accessibility of the Site and Application 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but cannot be held liable in the event of unavailability, malfunction, interruption, or modification of the Services, regardless of the cause (maintenance, updates, force majeure, etc.).

The Site and Application may contain hyperlinks to other websites. The publisher exercises no control over the content of these third-party sites and disclaims all liability with respect to their content, data protection practices, or terms of use.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
